Since 2005, Clay has been operating in the complex real estate markets of
San Francisco and New York City. Whether investing in his own rental properties, helping buyers enter the real estate market, or selling a home, Clay will aggressively pursue the best price possible while managing to the lowest level of detail.
Clay has considerable experience in design and construction, and is a skillful negotiator and problem solver having served as the Vice President of Customer Experience and various Director roles for some of the largest retailers in the country.
Midwestern roots and life experience on the east coast gives Clay a great appreciation for San Francisco, which he has called home for 12 years. Living in Nob Hill, or the Cable Car Zone as he calls it, Clay is grateful to live where so many can only visit. He enjoys restaurants, movies, theatre, skiing, travel, and time with his dog. He is most happy laughing with friends, preferably near a body of water!
