With Proposition 19 goes fully into effect last April 1, California homeowners who are age 55+, severely disabled OR victims of wildfire or natural disaster will be able to move:

ANYWHERE IN CALIFORNIA

TO ANY HOME, REGARDLESS OF PRICE

UP TO THREE TIMES

WITHOUT incurring a property tax hike!*
