OVERBIDDING / UNDERPRICING

It doesn't take long for buyers to notice that the list price is not going to be the final sales price.  At the end of 2020, the mountain of condo inventory temporarily changed that. For the last three months, we have had Condos averaging +104% above list and Single Family Homes at +116%
